Yuhuan Chenhui machinery manufacturing co.,ltd is established in 2003, which is one of the earliest professional factories to engage in the research and development of spinning-forming pulley and spinning techniques in china! Compared with traditional cast iron belt pulley, Metal piece spinning-forming pulley has the newest and best structure of spinning pulley through drawing and spinning(without chipping) metal piece, not only has become the substitution of cast iron pulley, but also application in domestic market for more than 10 years. Furthermore, its good qualities such as lighten the weight, save material and energy resources consumption, reduce cost and processing time, small running inertia, good balance performance, precision measurement, no environment pollution and could prolong its service time as well. Now it is universally used in the transmission of auto engine of crank pulley, water-pump pulley, fan pulley, redirector pump pulley, and auto dynamo, auto air-condition , auto accessories driving and various of jockey rollers and guide pulley, besides the mechanical transmission of lawn machines mower, tractor, agricultural machines reaper, sartorius，washing machine etc.
CH has rich experience in developing and manufacture spinning during last years, and has advanced equipments and production streamlines for pressing, metal processing such as precision meter and auto digital machines, welding, injection molding, rotary extrusion, surface treatment and assembling. But also has the capability of research and development, mould design and manufacture, testing etc. Rest assured with our good quality, we are specially equipped inspecting instruments and professional gauges such as Dynamic Balancing Machine, Projector, Flop, deviation measuring machine, Sclerometer.
Of course It will show good prospects on the basis on existing Chen Hui’s process, bringing in developed countries technology, and adopting modern operation mechanism and management philosophy, which to be proved that we got passed two technology patent, one invent patent, and be awarded as environment certificate of ISO14001 in 2003, quality certificate of ISO9001:2000 in 2005, and TS16949 in 2007. Since then we already developed more than 70 different models covering folding pulley, split pulley, multi-generatrix pulley, shock-absorbing pulley, combined pulley and others, which are warmly welcomed by Australia, middle south America, Europe, south-east Asian countries.
